Spirit at Work presents

The Spirit of Authentic Dialogue: Stories change lives
with Dene Rossouw, Narrative Coach and Facilitator
Do the stories you tell about yourself reflect the true you?
Leaders seldom get to see how much "corporate cholesterol" has clogged communication within their organization. A lack of clarity negatively impacts employees and customers, and adds unnecessary real costs and stress to the workplace.
Do you know where you fit in this workplace process? What can you do to express yourself authentically and experience better outcomes?
Join Dene Rossouw as he explains how to eliminate your own contribution to "corporate cholesterol" by articulating your values in a spirit of authentic dialogue. You’ll experiment with four principles of engagement designed to help you achieve more beneficial results.
