Marc's passion for food and community led him to working for the industry-leading Capers Community Markets in 1997. During his tenure at Capers, Marc was responsible for creating and managing an in-house sampling program, coordinating all and outside events as well as Capers highly engaged Corporate Giving strategy. Working with stakeholders in the organic food community has given Marc a wide perspective on the food we eat and the choices involved.

At Amuse Consulting Marc is incorporating sustainability (both environmentally and through food) into the world of corporate and non-profit events. Walking the talk is evident through his past work and community involvement. His clients include VanCity and Mountain Equipment CO-OP and his community involvement lists Leadership Vancouver, Ethics In Action Awards, the Just Singin Round Foundation and Dining Out For Life.

Please juoin us for breakfast as Marc explores the complexities of organics, food security and genetically modified foods and how our food purchasing choices can support an ethical and sustainable food system.
