About Linda-Ann Bowling

Linda-Ann is an Ontological Coach, Workshop Leader and Organizational Development Consultant. She is author and designer of Soul Spa, 7 essential life practices for building joy, balance and fulfillment in our lives.

As an Ontological Coach, Linda-Ann creates powerful distinctions that allow her clients to get to the deep issues that block them from moving forward. An ontological approach to coaching has the potential to touch the soul of the person being coached and radically shift their perspectives of themselves and what is possible in life.

Using an interpretation that the nature of human existence or our way of being in the world is a three way inter-relationship between language, emotions and the body, we can begin to observe ourselves from each of these domains of learning, opening the door to transformation.

Linda-Ann was recently recognized by the International Coach Federation for coaching excellence in the workplace. She is also an Equine Experiential Learning Facilitator, specializing in leadership and team development by bringing horse and human together in a profound healing and learning process.
